Welcome to Cape Fear Ski and Outing Club! We are a year-around outdoor activities and social club composed of singles, couples, and families of all ages. We meet the first Tuesday of the month at Wilson's, 6:00 pm. Visitors Welcome!
The Cape Fear Ski and Outing Club (CFSOC) is a nonprofit organization for anyone who enjoys skiing, boating, camping, cycling, golfing, tennis, kayaking, volleyball and any other types of outdoor recreation. We welcome those who want to learn new skills in a sport, or just want to eat and socialize with other Club Members in an enjoyable atmosphere. As a member, you will receive a monthly newsletter announcing special events, outings and trips. BTW, we love to eat…did we mention that yet?
Please contact any Board Member for membership information, advertising rates, event information or with any ideas, comments, or questions. We hope you will consider joining us. The Cape Fear Ski and Outing Club is a member of the Crescent Ski Council and the National Ski Council Federation.

Bald Head Golf Tournament, Sunday, May 4th
Come join us for the 2nd Annual CFSOC Golf Tournament at Bald Head Island. We have reserved 5 tee times starting at 10:30 am. $75 includes greens fee, cart, round trip ferry and lunch. Email Menchie at menchie@rudd.com for more info.
Black River Eco Tour, Saturday, May 24th Come join the Cape Fear Ski and Outing Club on this Black River Eco Tour, featuring Andy Wood from the NC Audobon Society. We'll ride aboard a Cape Fear River boat "Captain J.N.Maffitt" while Andy points out the unique floral and fauna of the Cape Fear region. Cost per person $35, Capacity 25 persons, Boarding time 9:00 am, 4 hour tour. Board and depart from foot of Market St., downtown Wilmington. Park in the public multi-level parking at Second St. Bring your own bag lunch and drinks/ice (coolers allowed) Don't forget sunglasses, camera, a light jacket.
